- All orders placed before 13:00 GMT (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after this or on weekends are shipped the next working day.
Delivery within Ireland takes 2-3 days (if urgent please contact us )
- Next day delivery is for midweek only and within Ireland (we don’t deliver on Saturdays)
Please note delivery costs within Ireland are €7, EU €12 and rest of world €20 .
Goods may be returned for a refund / exchange within 14 days of receipt to the address that was provided on your invoice. This is on the condition that they are returned unused (in their original packaging if appropriate). Please include in the parcel a brief note to explain how you would like us to proceed. It is not necessary to contact us to say you are returning an item, unless you need further assistance or if your return / exchange is urgent.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume, smoke or fake tan) will not be refunded.
- You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- We will refund you the cost of the item excluding the initial postage cost (if any). The return postage cost must be paid by the customer whether the item is being sent back for a refund or an exchange.• In the event of an exchange, an additional postage/packaging fee of €5 for the replacement item will be payable for all customers.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us or the item was damaged. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after the date shown on your delivery note cannot be refunded.
If your order is incorrect or damaged please email with your name, order number and item name.
Can I exchange items?
Yes – we will exchange items due to incorrect sizing as long as it is still in ‘as new’ condition.
Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed and once it has been approved, we will send out the replacement item to you free of charge.
If we are unable to exchange an item, we will offer a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs)
